对20名患者用右心导管取血测算耗氧量,用Fick公式计算心输出量;在导管检查前12小时内用彩色超声心动图仪测量心输出量,发现Doppler法和Fick法所测的结果有良好的相关性。
Right ventricular catheterization was performed on 20 patients to estimate oxygen consumption and Fick’s formula was used to calculate the cardiac output. Intravenous output was measured by color echocardiography within 12 hours before catheterization. Doppler and Fick measurements The results have a good correlation.
