随着全球经济一体化的加速发展,家电企业在市场经济体制下展开的竞争越来越激烈,内部控制在家电企业的市场竞争中发挥着越来越重要的作用。近年来,家电行业在我国取得了良好发展,特别是在政府对农村地区购买家电给予相应补贴之后,其发展更上一层楼。本文通过选取G公司内部控制体系为研究对象,探讨该公司内部控制体系的现状情况,并对G公司的内部控制现状进行详细分析,最终发现该公司内部控制主要存在以下三个问题:母子公司对企业的定位不一致,控制措施与技术进步脱节,监督与执行不匹配;最后,根据存在的相关问题提出相应的解决对策。
With the accelerated development of global economic integration, the competition among home appliance enterprises under the market economy system is becoming more and more fierce. Internal control plays an increasingly important role in the market competition among home appliance enterprises. In recent years, the home appliance industry has made good progress in our country, especially after the government subsidized the purchase of home appliances in rural areas. This article chooses the internal control system of G Company as the research object, discusses the status quo of the internal control system of the company, and analyzes the internal control status of the G company in detail. Finally, we find that the internal control of the company mainly has the following three problems: Enterprises are not consistent positioning, control measures and technological progress out of line, supervision and implementation do not match; Finally, according to the existence of relevant issues to put forward corresponding solutions.
