本文介绍的复合元素滤光片,主要供XRF分析装置的浸入式探头使用。直接激发型浸入式探头,通常采用吸收限型滤光片,其使用原则限于被测元素的X射线能量低于干扰元素的X射线能量;但当被测元素的X射线能量高于干扰元素的X射线能量时,就不能使用吸收限型滤光片,若采用复合元素滤光片就能顺利地加以解决。用复合元素滤光片测定铜精矿中含铜量在10~22%范围内的样品,其绝对误差小于±0.3,满足控制分析精度的要求。
This article describes the composite element filter, mainly used for immersion XRF analyzer probe. Directly excited immersion probe, the absorption limit filter is usually used, the principle of its use is limited to X-ray energy of the measured element is lower than the interfering element of X-ray energy; but when the measured element X-ray energy is higher than the interference element X-ray energy, you can not use absorption limiting filter, if the composite element filter can be successfully resolved. The complex element filter for the determination of copper concentrate in the range of 10-22% of the sample, the absolute error of less than ± 0.3, to meet the control analysis accuracy requirements.
