我市某钢厂从国外引进的制氧工程设备中,有多台容器环焊缝错边量超标非常严重,我们会同702研究所选其中一台严重超标的分离器作为分析对象,建立相应的计算结构力学模型,利用SAP5结构分析程序进行了有限元计算结构分析,重点分析环焊缝错边量超标区域的应力分布情况,再根据计算结果,确定对焊缝超标部位进行应变测量,对该容器结构的安全性能进行评估。
