在电力企业的生产经营过程中,电力营销是其中至关重要的一个环节,对企业的经营和发展具有直接的影响。本文首先分析了当前阶段电力企业营销风险的管理现状,从理论上对其进行研究,通过分析电力营销的环境,针对其存在的营销风险,给出了相应的控制以及解决措施,希望能给我国电力部门和有关企业提供参考之处。
