钒渣是我国提钒的主要原料。用钒渣提钒的工艺过程是:钒渣加钠盐附加剂进行氧化钠化焙烧,烧成料用水浸出得钒酸钠溶液,再从钒酸钠溶液中沉淀析出钒。从钒酸钠溶液中沉淀析出钒,目前广为采用的有:五氧化二钒水解沉淀法、偏钒酸铵沉淀法和多钒酸铵沉淀法。五氧化二钒水解沉淀法是在酸性条件下(pH1.5—1.7)进行的沉淀方法;偏钒酸铵法是在碱性条件下(pH 8—9)进行的沉淀方法。这二种方法我厂均进行过长期的工
Vanadium slag is China’s main raw material to mention vanadium. Vanadium slag vanadium slag process is: vanadium slag plus sodium salt additive for roasting sodium oxide, roasted material leached with sodium vanadate solution, and then precipitated from the vanadate solution of vanadium. Precipitation of vanadium from sodium vanadate solution, widely used are: vanadium pentoxide hydrolytic precipitation method, ammonium metavanadate precipitation method and ammonium vanadate precipitation method. The vanadium pentoxide hydrolytic precipitation method is a precipitation method carried out under acidic conditions (pH 1.5-1.7); the ammonium metavanadate method is a precipitation method carried out under basic conditions (pH 8-9).
