科学技术发展和社会需求促使自动化专业学生须有较强的实践能力。从学生培养模式与课程优化、增强师资队伍实践能力、建立和完善学生实践活动等方面对工程实训教学进行探讨研究,实现培养具有坚实理论基础、综合素质高和具有创新实践能力的优秀技术人才的目标。
