目的研究比较健康成年人和放射工作人员染色体畸变率和微核率。方法使用微量全血培养法制备标本,用常规染色体分析法和常规微核分析法检测100例健康成年人和520例放射工作人员淋巴细胞染色体畸变率和微核率。结果健康成人和放射工作人员染色体畸变率(双+环)均值分别为(0.02±0.01)%和(0.20±0.02)%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。健康成年人微核率均值为(4.17±0.19)‰,放射工作人员微核率均值为(4.28±0.11)‰,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论放射工作人员染色体畸变率明显高于正常人群,因此加强从业人员的辐射防护知识的培训及做好安全防护措施非常重要。
Objective To compare the rates of chromosome aberrations and micronuclei in healthy adults and radiologists. Methods Specimens were prepared by micro-whole blood culture. The chromosome aberration rate and micronucleus rate of lymphocytes in 100 healthy adults and 520 radiographers were detected by routine chromosome analysis and conventional micronucleus analysis. Results The chromosome aberration rates (double + ring) of healthy adults and radiologists were (0.02 ± 0.01)% and (0.20 ± 0.02)%, respectively, with statistical significance (P <0.05). The mean value of micronucleus rate in healthy adults was (4.17 ± 0.19) ‰, and that of radiation workers was (4.28 ± 0.11) ‰, with no significant difference (P> 0.05). Conclusion The chromosome aberration rate of radiation workers is obviously higher than that of normal people. Therefore, it is very important to strengthen the training of practitioners on radiation protection knowledge and to make safety precautions.
