目的 回顾近年国外有关心脏卵圆孔未闭 (PFO)所致减压时静脉气泡右向左分流 ,在神经型减压病发病中作用的研究进展。 资料来源与选择 国外本领域正式发表的研究论文、综述和会议摘要。 资料引用 相互引用 ,独立引用。 资料综合 简要概述了 PFO的概念、发生情况、研究意义 ,重点介绍了国外关于 PFO在促进神经型减压病发病中的支持证据和反对观点 ,并扼要提出了进一步进行此方面研究应注意的问题。 结论 PFO是神经型减压病发生的易发因素之一 ,但其确切作用还有待进一步研究。此工作对预防高空减压病 ,认识减压气体栓塞在中枢神经系统损伤中的作用有重要意义。
OBJECTIVE: To review the recent advances in the role of venous airway right-to-left shunt during the decompression induced by patent foramen ovale (PFO) in recent years in China. The data synthesis and brief overview of the concept of the PFO, the occurrence of the significance of research, focusing on the introduction of foreign PFO in promoting the onset of neurogenic decompression sickness evidence and objections point of view, and briefly put forward further research in this area should pay attention to the problem . Conclusions PFO is one of the predisposing factors for neurogenic decompression sickness, but its exact role remains to be further studied. This work is of great significance in preventing altitude sickness and understanding the role of decompression gas embolism in central nervous system injury.
