厌氧发酵系统是目前国内外猪场采用的主要污水处理模式之一。从猪场养殖规模、猪栏排水量、固液分离措施、沼气池水力停留时间和污水监测时间等方面阐述了影响厌氧发酵系统运行效果的外部因素,建议规模化猪场合理调整猪舍冲水用量,根据季节变化调节水力停留时间,提高固液分离效率,改善厌氧发酵底物质量,以提高污染物去除效率,以期为猪场生产管理和提高厌氧发酵系统污水处理能力提供参考。
Anaerobic fermentation system is one of the main sewage treatment modes used in domestic and foreign pig farms. The external factors affecting the operation effect of anaerobic fermentation system are expounded from the scale of pig farming, the displacement of swine bar, the measures of solid-liquid separation, the hydraulic retention time of biogas digester and the time of wastewater monitoring. It is suggested that large- Dosage, adjust the hydraulic retention time according to seasonal changes, improve the solid-liquid separation efficiency, improve the quality of anaerobic fermentation substrate to improve the pollutant removal efficiency, in order to provide reference for the pig farm production management and improve the anaerobic fermentation system wastewater treatment capacity.
