盛夏,北国的哈尔滨。绿柳成荫;风光迷人的太阳岛,碧波荡漾……7月8日上午9时,我们在刊授党校黑龙江学区负责同志的陪同下,采访了中共黑龙江省委常委、组织部长孟庆祥。孟部长当时正在主持召开一个会议。会议间隙,他在办公室里接受了我们的采访。这个房间比较小,摆上一套沙发就显得挤了些。但室内整齐洁净,看上去给人一种工作十分有序的感觉。我们首先介绍了刊授党校自1983年3月创办以来,在中共中央组织部、宣传部、中央党校和各级党组织的亲切关怀支持下,从小到大,逐步发展,现已在全国30个省、自治区、直辖市建立了44个学区和292所分校。已培训学员80万,现有在校学员10万,预计到本世纪末培训学员100万的宏伟目标时,孟部长听后连连点头说:刊授党校为全国办了一件好事。 Summer, the north of Harbin.
