施用15N标记硫酸铵 ,设N1、N2 .5、N5、N7.5、N10 、N156个处理。试验结果表明 ,花生施用氮素化肥对生物产量和荚果产量均有明显影响。花生对氮素化肥的吸收量随施用量增加而增加 ,但吸收利用率随施氮量的增加而降低。花生植株含氮总量随供氮水平的提高而增加 ,且营养体最为明显。经测试分析计算表明 ,氮素利用效率主要受氮素吸收效率的影响 ,受氮素生理利用效率影响较少。
15N labeled ammonium sulfate was applied and N1, N2 .5, N5, N7.5, N10 and N156 treatments were set. The results showed that the application of N fertilizers to peanut had significant effects on both biomass and pod yield. The uptake of nitrogenous fertilizer by peanut increased with the increase of application rate, but the absorption and utilization rate decreased with the increase of nitrogen application rate. The nitrogen content of peanut plants increased with the increase of nitrogen supply, and the nutrient body was the most obvious. The test results show that nitrogen use efficiency is mainly affected by the nitrogen absorption efficiency, less affected by the physiological efficiency of nitrogen use.
