本文研究了硅胶载体扩孔的最佳工艺条件,即考察扩孔液组分、酸度、扩孔压为(或温度)、扩孔时间等因素对扩孔后载体微孔结构的影响,引用有关理论分析,进行了实验验证,为催化剂设计及改进提供了有关依据。不同扩孔条件下得到的载体,制备成合成1,4-丁炔二醇的铜铋催化剂(φ5mm),用转框反应器及涓流床外循环微分反应器考评,表明扩孔后制成的催化剂在相同炔化反应条件下,活性有显著提高。
