在改革时期,如何使办公室干部能征善战,创造性地工作呢?一个最主要、最普遍的问题就是要以极大的努力来提高干部队伍的素质。我们办公室有十六名干部,大都是近年来从事秘书工作的新兵,有一个不适应和不内行的问题。形势和现状对我们提出了一个尽快提高干部队伍素质的要求,为此,我们在抓好思想教育的同时,注意抓了强化成果意识,引导干部岗位成才的工作。
During the reform period, how can office cadres be able to levy a fair battle and work creatively? The most important and most prevalent issue is to make great efforts to improve the quality of cadres. There are 16 cadres in our office, mostly recruits who have worked as secretaries in recent years. There is a problem that we can not meet or should not follow. The situation and the status quo present us with a requirement of quickening the quality of the cadres as soon as possible. Therefore, while doing a good job of ideological education, we pay attention to the work of strengthening awareness of accomplishments and guiding cadres to become successful.
