中小企业作为我国当代经济生活中最为活跃的力量,其地位和作用已凸现。然而融资困难,却成为限制发展的瓶颈问题。目前,我国虽已制定并实施了促进中小企业发展的各项法律法规和政策,但仍只停留于宣传层面,在实际工作中取得的效果不理想。中小企业融资困境,主要是没有完善的法律法规,缺少配套的实施办法。因此,要解决中小企业融资困境,就要加快立法的完善。
As the most active force in China’s contemporary economic life, the status and role of SMEs have been highlighted. However, financing difficulties have become bottlenecks restricting development. At present, our country has formulated and implemented various laws and regulations and policies to promote the development of small and medium-sized enterprises. However, it still stays at the propaganda level and has not achieved satisfactory results in practical work. Financing difficulties for SMEs, mainly there is no perfect laws and regulations, the lack of supporting the implementation measures. Therefore, to solve the financing difficulties of SMEs, we must speed up the improvement of legislation.
