目的研究肿节风全草中酚酸类化学成分。方法利用硅胶柱色谱、凝胶柱色谱、开放ODS柱色谱及制备液相等分离技术,通过理化性质和波谱数据分析进行结构鉴定。结果从肿节风70%乙醇提取物中共分离出15个酚酸类成分,其结构鉴定为原儿茶酸(1),咖啡酸(2),5-O-caffeoylshikimic acid(3),4-O-caffeoyl-shikimic acid(4),3-O-caffeoylshikimic acid(5),迷迭香酸(6),迷迭香酸甲酯(7),迷迭香酸-4-O-β-D-葡萄糖(8),3-O-咖啡酰基奎宁酸(9),5-O-咖啡酰基奎宁酸(10),4-O-咖啡酰基奎宁酸(11),3-甲氧基-4-羟基苯甲酸(12),丁香酸(13),咖啡酸乙酯(14),vinyl caffeate(15)。结论化合物4,5,10,14,15为该属内首次分离得到,其中化合物5核磁数据为首次报道。
Objective To study the phenolic acids in whole plant of Arthrospira. Methods Silica gel column chromatography, gel column chromatography, open ODS column chromatography and preparative liquid phase separation were used to identify the structures by physicochemical properties and spectral data analysis. Results A total of 15 phenolic acids were isolated from 70% ethanol extract of swollen-stem cells and their structures were identified as protocatechuic acid (1), caffeic acid (2), 5-O-caffeoylshikimic acid (3) O-caffeoyl-shikimic acid (4), 3-O-caffeoylshikimic acid (5), rosmarinic acid (6), methyl rosinate (7), rosmarinic acid-4-O-β-D (9), 5-O-caffeoylquinic acid (10), 4-O-caffeoylquinic acid (11), 3 -methoxy -4-hydroxybenzoic acid (12), syringic acid (13), ethyl caffeate (14), vinyl caffeate (15). Conclusions Compounds 4, 5, 10, 14 and 15 were isolated from this genus for the first time, and the NMR data of compound 5 were reported for the first time.
