节能降耗,以相同的能耗量获取更高的产出量是设备制造商与用户所共同关注的,于是也就成为压路机设计研究与使用管理者的重要课题。液压系统的输出特性与机械系统的传动效率一起决定着压路机工作的总传动效率。在不同的工况条件下,液压系统的传动效率是随机变化的,而不同的机械传动机构也有着不一样的传动效率。正确地匹配发动机与液压-机械传动系统,既能实现良好的技术性能,又能节省资源,这就为压路机的设计与应用提供了优化和选择的空间。
Energy saving, with the same energy consumption to obtain higher output is equipment manufacturers and users of the common concern, so it has become an important issue of roller design research and use of managers. The output characteristics of the hydraulic system together with the transmission efficiency of the mechanical system determine the overall transmission efficiency of the roller. Under different working conditions, the hydraulic system’s transmission efficiency is random changes, and different mechanical transmission also has a different transmission efficiency. Properly matching the engine and hydraulic - mechanical transmission system, both to achieve good technical performance, but also save resources, which for the roller design and application provides the optimization and choice of space.
