随着社会的进步与发展,人们对子女的教育和培养的要求也越来越高了,这是部分家长选择周托孩子的理由。家长想让孩子从小就开始锻炼自理能力,锻炼自信心,培养独立自主等各方面的能力。根据多年的幼儿园工作经验,我发现:周托孩子在持续哭闹两周后,就好像变了个人似的,不再哭闹,反而每天显得十分安静。在以后的一日生活活动中托班孩子表现得很乖,很顺从,从不调皮捣蛋,让老师很省心。但是家长们反映,这些孩子在家的表现
