一、目的意义 以沥青为粘结料,松散的砂、石材料为骨架,按照一定的施工工艺胶结成整体的沥青混合料,和其他松散系结构一样,两相的分界面乃是结构组合中的薄弱环节。在外力和不利自然因素的共同作用下,常常在接触面上首先引起破坏,其中沥青膜从石料表面剥落下来的现象在湿热带气候区较为普遍。实践证明,沥青膜剥离病是国内外普遍存在而又尚未充分认识的一种损坏形式,它的出现和发展,是路面脱落松散、裂缝变形、泛油发软、推挤搓拥等病的开始和形成、影响沥青面层使用寿命的主要原因。如能确诊并防治这一病症,就为延长路面使用寿命,提高公路建设经济效益开辟了一条新路。现根据特定条件下一些路面的实际和大量的室内试验,对沥青膜剥离病作一粗浅的分析和探讨。
