为了提高热连轧机组轧辊压扁半径的计算精度,提出了一种关于轧辊压扁半径的显式算法。与传统的Hitchcock计算方法相比,该算法省略了迭代运算,并且能够在热连轧过程中提高轧辊压扁半径自动控制模型的计算精度,同时提升轧辊压扁半径控制系统的响应速度。以500 mm带钢9机架热连轧轧制过程为例,计算轧辊压扁半径,计算精度最大可提高2.14%。
In order to improve the calculation accuracy of the rolling flattening radius of the hot strip mill, an explicit algorithm for the roll flattening radius was proposed. Compared with the traditional Hitchcock method, this algorithm omits iterative computation and can improve the calculation accuracy of automatic control model of roll flattening radius in hot tandem rolling process and improve the response speed of roll flattening radius control system. Take the rolling process of hot rolling with 500 mm strip 9 rack as an example, the rolling flattening radius is calculated, and the calculation accuracy can be increased up to 2.14%.
