用CID-301型便携式光合测定仪,对冬季不同天气条件下温室栽培马蹄莲光合速率Pn及发生影响的生态、生理因子进行了初步的研究,结果表明:晴天和多云天气条件下,一天中净光合速率日变化均为单峰曲线,未出现“午休”现象。由相关性分析可知,影响温室马蹄莲的环境因子主要是光合有效辐射、气温;生理因子主要是胞间CO2浓度,与净光合速率呈现显著负相关。蒸腾速率与净光合速率的相关性也远大于气孔导度,所以采取措施适当减少马蹄莲的蒸腾作用将会提高其净光合速率。
Using CID-301 portable photosynthesis apparatus, the ecological and physiological factors affecting the photosynthetic rate Pn of greenhouse-cultivated calla lily under different weather conditions in winter were studied. The results showed that under the conditions of sunny and cloudy weather, The diurnal changes of photosynthetic rate are unimodal curve, there is no “lunch break ” phenomenon. According to the correlation analysis, the environmental factors affecting the calla were mainly photosynthetically active radiation and temperature. The physiological factors were mainly the intercellular CO2 concentration, which had a significant negative correlation with the net photosynthetic rate. The correlation between transpiration rate and net photosynthetic rate is also much larger than stomatal conductance, so taking appropriate measures to reduce transpiration of calla lily will increase its net photosynthetic rate.
