2016年,河南省新乡市就劳动法律监督制度和职工法律援助制度建立与执行的状况深入到4县1区20余家企业进行了为期1个月的调查研究。通过调研发现,新乡市部分企业不守法、职工不懂法、工会干部不学法,法律监督和援助机制不健全、资金不到位的现象在一定范围内普遍存在。基本情况受经济下行压力增大的影响,新乡市劳动关系在总体保持稳定的同时,劳动关系矛盾也进一步凸现,劳动争议案件呈现案情日趋复杂、内容日益多样、数量不断
In 2016, Xinxiang City, Henan Province, conducted a one-month investigation on the establishment and implementation of labor law supervision system and staff legal aid system in depth in more than 20 enterprises in 1 district of 4 counties. According to the survey, some enterprises in Xinxiang City did not abide by the law, workers did not understand the law, union officials did not learn law, legal supervision and assistance mechanisms were not perfect, and the funds were not in place within a certain range.
