目的探讨男性染色体异常与男性不育的关系。方法对1147例男性不育症患者采用常规外周血淋巴细胞培养,制备染色体G带标本,进行染色体G带核型分析。结果被检测的1147例男性不育患者中,有97例染色体核型异常,占全部被检者的8.5%(97/1147)。其中性染色体数目异常80例,占总异常的82.5%,其中嵌合体8例,占8.2%;性反转有5例,占5.2%;染色体易位核型11例,占11.3%;倒位1例。结论染色体异常是导致男性不育的主要因素之一,应对男性不育患者进行常规染色体分析,有助于病因诊断和临床治疗方案。
Objective To investigate the relationship between male chromosomal abnormalities and male infertility. Methods A total of 1147 male infertility patients with conventional peripheral blood lymphocytes were cultured to prepare chromosome G specimens for chromosome G band karyotype analysis. Results Of the 1147 male infertile patients tested, 97 had karyotype abnormalities, accounting for 8.5% of all subjects (97/1147). The number of abnormal chromosomes was 80 (82.5%), of which 8 were chimeras (8.2%), 5 (5.2%) were sex reversal, 11 (11.3%) were chromosomal translocations, 1 case. Conclusion Chromosomal abnormalities are one of the major causes of male infertility. To analyze male chromosome infertility in male infertility, it is helpful to diagnose etiology and clinical treatment.
