弹性组片联轴器是国外近期出现的一种新型联轴器,主要用于矿山、煤炭、重型机械的传动中。根据我们研制和实践证明,这种联轴器具有传动功率大,稳定可靠,寿命长,结构简单,拆卸方便等优点。其缺点:轴向安装尺寸较大。弹性组片联轴器结构如附图所示。它由主动法兰盘1、联轴盘2、弹性片3、从动法兰盘4、螺母5、球垫6和螺栓7等组成。主、从法兰盘和联轴盘均采用ZG35号钢,经调质处理加工而成。应确保盘上螺孔的精度和形位要求,从而使受载均衡。孔的凸台应做成球面,以防棱边损坏弹性片。弹性片用厚0.5毫米的1 Crl8Ni 9 Ti不锈钢板制成。其尺寸大小和每组片数多少,应根据所传递的扭矩和工作稳定性而定。一般安全系数为2.5～3。弹性片被螺栓分成相等的节距,按传动时
