利用喷射沉积连续挤压制备了7075铝合金。多次试验后得到了直径为7 mm的棒材。对其进行了显微组织分析及拉伸性能测试。结果表明:熔炼温度800℃、挤压比14.23时7075-T6铝合金的抗拉强度达到525 MPa,伸长率达到13.1%。
7075 aluminum alloy was prepared by continuous extrusion using spray deposition. After several tests, a bar with a diameter of 7 mm was obtained. Its microstructure analysis and tensile properties of the test. The results show that the tensile strength of 7075-T6 aluminum alloy reaches 525 MPa and the elongation reaches 13.1% when the melting temperature is 800 ℃ and the extrusion ratio is 14.23.
