如何进行应急管理,是党委办公厅(室)面临的一项十分重要的工作。陕西省委副秘书长桂维民同志撰写的《应急管理100例》,结合工作实际,对这项工作进行了深入研究,具有很强的理论性和可操作性,是做好应急管理工作不可多得的一本好书。江西省委书记苏荣同志为这本书作序,对做好这项工作作了更为深刻的阐述和强调。本期我们发表苏荣同志的序和书中有代表性的案例,希望对我们做好应急管理工作有所启发。
