前不久,由国务院研究室牵头,北京师范大学中国社会管理研究院和京津沪渝冀滇等地方政府研究室参与的“创新优化政府公共服务”培训考察组*,赴英国进行了为期18天的培训考察。期间,培训考察组一行先后与英国内阁办公室、财政部等12个政府部门和公共机构进行了交流,在剑桥、牛津等大学上课培训,并对当地养老院、警署、医院和社会企业等进行了实地考察,收获颇丰。为此,本刊特设“创新优化政府公共服务”专栏,陆续将此次赴英培训考察的成果介绍给读者。
