目的:建立降香挥发油中反式-β-金合欢烯、β-没药烯、反式-橙花叔醇、金合欢醇的气相色谱含量测定方法。方法:色谱条件为HP-5 MS(30 m×0.25 mm,0.25μm)色谱柱,程序升温;进样口温度250℃,流速1.0 mL.min-1;分流比20∶1;FID检测器,温度250℃;载气:氮气。结果:反式-β-金合欢烯、β-没药烯、反式-橙花叔醇、金合欢醇的线性范围分别为0.011~0.212 mg.mL-1(r=0.9998),0.011~0.659 mg.mL-1(r=0.9999),0.051~10.200 mg.mL-1(r=0.9996),0.011~0.222 mg.mL-1(r=0.9998);加样回收率(n=9)分别为99.5%,98.4%,99.7%,96.6%。结论:该方法简便、准确,重复性好,为降香的质量控制提供了依据。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a method for the determination of trans-β-farnesene, β-adrenorene, trans-nerolidol and farnesol in Radix et Rhizoma Rhei by gas chromatography. METHODS: The chromatographic conditions were HP-5 MS (30 m × 0.25 mm, 0.25 μm) column temperature programmed temperature injection at 250 ℃ with a flow rate of 1.0 mL · min-1 and a split ratio of 20:1. The FID detector, Temperature 250 ℃; carrier gas: nitrogen. Results: The linear ranges of trans-β-farnesene, β-adrenorene, trans-nerolidol and farnesol were 0.011-0.212 mg.mL-1 (r = 0.9998) and 0.011-0.6659 (r = 0.9999), 0.051-10.200 mg.mL-1 (r = 0.9996) and 0.011-0.222 mg.mL-1 (r = 0.9998) 99.5%, 98.4%, 99.7%, 96.6%. Conclusion: The method is simple, accurate, reproducible and provides the basis for the quality control of Hong.
