近段时间,全国各地重特大事故接连不断,给人民生命财产安全造成重大损失,引起全国震惊,也掀起了新一轮行政问责风暴,省级、市级、县级、乡级诸多领导因安全生产事故纷纷下台,在震惊的同时又不得不令人扼腕叹息。综观近期发生的安全生产事故,尽管发生的行业、领域不同,但有哪一起不是安全生产责任事故?又有哪一起不是行政监管和企业主体责任同时缺失造成的呢?
In recent days, successive major and serious accidents across the country have caused serious losses to people’s lives and property, arousing nationwide shock and a new round of administrative accountability storm. Many leaders at the provincial, municipal, county and township level Safety accidents have stepped down one after another, while shocked at the same time they have to sighed with regret. Looking at the recent accidents in production safety, despite the occurrence of different industries, different areas, but which is not a safety responsibility accident? And what is not a combination of administrative supervision and corporate responsibility at the same time the lack of it?
