目的了解ICU工作人员不同操作前后的手卫生状况,发现存在的问题,采取有效的改进措施。方法采用随机抽样的方法,现场抽查ICU工作人员不同操作前后的手卫生状况,并在操作后对工作人员进行洗手或手消毒效果监测。结果各项操作后手卫生合格率均明显低于操作前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.005),手卫生处置后的合格率明显高于处置前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.005),洗手+手消毒的手卫生合格率高于单纯的洗手或手消毒,差异有统计学意义(P<0.005)。结论不同操作后均可使ICU工作人员手卫生合格率明显降低,而采取有效的手卫生措施后均可使手卫生合格率明显提高,以洗手+手消毒效果最佳。
Objective To understand the situation of hand hygiene in ICU staff before and after different operations, to find out the existing problems and to take effective improvement measures. Methods A random sampling method was used to spot check the hand hygiene status of ICU staff before and after different operations and monitor the staff for hand washing or hand disinfection after operation. Results The pass rate of hand hygiene after operation was significantly lower than that before operation (P <0.005), and the pass rate after hand hygiene was significantly higher than that before treatment (P <0.005) , Hand-washing hand disinfection of hand hygiene pass rate higher than simple hand-washing or hand disinfection, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.005). Conclusions The qualified rate of hand hygiene of ICU staffs can be significantly reduced after different operations, but the effective rate of hand hygiene can be significantly improved after hand hygiene measures are taken. The hand-washing and hand-disinfection effects are the best.
