目的探讨噪声作业人员血糖水平与听力损失的关系。方法选取2012—2014年肇庆市疾病预防控制中心进行职业健康检查的4个企业共1 152名噪声作业工人进行空腹血糖及纯音听阈测试检查,分析血糖水平与听力损失的关系。结果 1 152名噪声作业工人中,血糖升高的共263人,占总人数的22.83%。而在血糖升高的工人中,出现听力损失的人数为107人,患病率高达40.68%,明显高于血糖正常的噪声作业工人(213人,占23.95%),两者差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论对于噪声暴露作业人员来说,高血糖会与噪声协同作用,加重听力损害,因此很有必要对高血糖的噪声作业人员听力损失的患病率进行研究,并及早制定干预措施。
Objective To explore the relationship between noise level and hearing loss in noise workers. Methods A total of 1152 noise workers from 4 enterprises in Zhaoqing CDC from 2012 to 2014 were examined by fasting blood glucose and pure tone audiometry, and the relationship between blood glucose and hearing loss was analyzed. Results A total of 1,152 noise workers, a total of 263 people with elevated blood glucose, accounting for 22.83% of the total number. Among the workers with elevated blood sugar, there were 107 people with hearing loss, the prevalence rate was 40.68%, which was significantly higher than that of normal noise workers (213, accounting for 23.95%), the difference was statistically significant (P <0.01). Conclusions For noise exposure workers, hyperglycemia synergizes with noise and aggravates hearing impairment. Therefore, it is necessary to study the prevalence of hearing loss of noise workers in hyperglycemia and to make interventions as early as possible.
