经过行业各方的长期呼吁,困扰缫丝企业多年的“高征低扣”问题在2014年终于在部分省市得到试点解决。目前浙江省已经全面实行新的蚕茧等农产品进项税额核对扣除办法,江苏省也于2015年1月1日起实行新税制,这将大大减轻缫丝生产企业的税负压力。杨永元表示,2014年丝绸行业税制改革取得新的突破,是缫丝行业的一个重大利好,这也是全行业努力争取的结果。
