很多迹象表明,新一届政府要快马加鞭推进社会保险改革步伐。继去年7月统一企业职工基本养老保险制度后,国务院决定加快行业统筹下放地方和实现省级统筹步伐,决定今年8月完成11个行业统筹移交地方工作,9月保证421万行业离退休人员在地方领取养老金;12月底全国范围内实现省级统筹。日前召开的全国养老保险和再就业服务中心建设工作会议上,吴邦国副总理要求确保按时完成这两项工作。行业统筹下放地方、实行省级统筹在历经多年曲折后终于可望成为现实。
There are many indications that the new government should speed up the pace of social insurance reform.
