本文提出了一种基于数据库层级的生产管理系统(PMS)实用化评价指标提升方法,该方法根据公司海量输、变、配电设备实际铭牌参数情况、统计分析以及专家经验等,编制了《国网湖北省电力公司生产管理系统台账录入规范指导书》,通过软件编程实现了数据库层级的PMS问题数据自动排查,大大提高电力生产信息化人员发现问题数据及整改的工作效率,同时为新录入的台账、故障、缺陷数据提供了审核的手段。
