本文在调查中国科学院15个化学或与化学相关的所级专业文献情报单位和中国科学院文献情报中心、中国科学院地区文献情报中心、中国科技大学等6个综合文献情报机构,以及中国科技情报研究所、北京图书馆、化工部科技情报所、北京大学图书馆等4个文献情报系统的化学化工文献资源现状的基础上,对其存在背景、分布状况,采用定性与定量相结合的方法,作了较为深入的系统分析与研究。文章还考察了本系统与京区其他文献情报机构的相互关系,以及在全国文献资源大系统中的地位和作用。并从分布结构、品种重复率与学科覆盖率、京区特定的文献情报环境、质量评估以及发展趋势等五个方面作了评价。
This article investigates the Chinese Academy of Sciences 15 chemical or chemical-related professional literature and information units and the Chinese Academy of Sciences Document Information Center, Chinese Academy of Sciences Regional Documentation Information Center, China University of Technology and other six integrated literature and information agencies, and China Institute of Scientific and Technical Information , Beijing Library, Science and Technology Information Office of the Ministry of Chemical Industry, Peking University Library and other four documentary information systems based on the status quo of chemical and chemical literature, the existence of its background, distribution, using a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods, made More in-depth system analysis and research. The paper also examines the interrelationship between this system and other documentary intelligence agencies in the Beijing area, as well as its status and role in the national literature resource system. It also evaluates five aspects of distribution structure, breed repetition rate and coverage rate, Beijing-specific documentary information environment, quality assessment and development trend.
