Five Flame Furnace Stages Predict Calculation Mathematical Model 5.1 In-furnace Prediction Calculation Mathematical Model Overview The heat exchange in the hearth of industrial furnace is very complicated. This is because there are many factors that affect the heat exchange in the furnace, and the interrelationships between them are complicated. In particular, most of the furnace contains non-isothermal medium. Different temperature in different furnace medium has its own unique more complex flow field, heat field, temperature field. When the medium is heat-exchanged with the furnace wall and the heating medium, the medium temperature inevitably exhibits some degree of nonuniformity as long as the medium temperature is not equal to the wall temperature. Therefore, from the traditional average temperature inside the furnace, the concept of average heat flow to calculate the furnace complex thermal processes, often have a large bias
