国有商业银行人力资源管理现状与分析

我国银行业在2006年底全面对外开放,国外金融机构随即大量进驻中国市场,与本土银行展开竞争。在此背景下,国有商业银行加快了深化经营管理体制和机制改革的步伐。目前,以产权多元化和股份制改造为主要内容的国有商业银行制度层面的改革已经取得阶段性成果,经营机制体制创新也在加紧进行。随着金融改革和创新的深入,也给国有商业银行的人力资源管理提出了新的课题。 At the end of 2006, China’s banking sector was fully open to the public. Foreign financial institutions immediately entered the Chinese market in large numbers to compete with local banks. Against this background, state-owned commercial banks accelerated the pace of deepening the reform of their management and system. At present, the institutional-level reform of the state-owned commercial banks, which takes the diversification of ownership and shareholding system as the main content, has achieved initial results and institutional innovation in operational mechanisms is also stepping up. With the deepening of financial reform and innovation, new problems have also been raised for the human resources management of state-owned commercial banks.
