双膦酸捕收铌铁金红石机理研究

本文以纯铌铁金红石矿物为研究对象,介绍并比较几种捕收剂对其捕收效果的影响。试验结果表明,在矿浆pH为2~4之间时,双膦酸是铌铁金红石良好的捕收剂,使铌铁金红石的回收率达到90.87%~91.70%,而且其捕收性能优于试验所用的其他几种捕收剂。同时着重探讨了双膦酸与铌铁金红石的作用机理,并认为双膦酸在铌铁金红石的表面被吸附,而且其吸附形式主要为化学吸附。 In this paper, pure niobium iron rutile minerals as the research object, introduced and compared several collectors on their capture effect. The results show that when the pH of the slurry is between 2 and 4, the bisphosphonic acid is a good collector for the niobium iron rutile and the recovery rate of the niobium iron rutile reaches 90.87% -91.70% Performance is better than the other collectors used in the test. At the same time, the mechanism of bisphosphonic acid and niobium iron rutile is emphatically discussed. It is considered that the bisphosphonate is adsorbed on the surface of the niobium iron rutile, and the adsorption form is mainly chemical adsorption.
