热卷箱中卷眼形状是影响稳定卷取的关键因素。通过有限元软件ANSYS/LS-DYNA对热卷箱成卷过程的模拟,揭示了中间坯成卷过程中一次弯曲时在长度、宽度方向上不同的纵、横向应力分布状态。提出了上弯曲辊组应采取分别调节方案,使头部弯曲分两个阶段完成,从而缓解中间坯在出口弯曲辊的受力,以使应力的分布合理化,避免中间坯头部发生皱褶,提高金属收得率。
The shape of the eyelet in the hot coil box is a key factor affecting the stability of the coiling.
