2016年下半年,国家行政学院和国家信息中心共同举办了以“互联网+政务服务”为主题的第十一届中国电子政务论坛。来自中央国家机关、地方政府、有关科研单位和企业负责信息化工作的300余位代表参加了论坛。专家学者及相关行业领域实践工作者就论坛主题展开了深入探讨,现就“中国电子政务发展中的问题”为主线进行梳理。当前,我国电子政务建设面临着严峻的考验。日益发展的社会实践,给电子政务建设带来了挑战。 In the second half of 2016, the State Administration Institute and the State Information Center jointly organized the 11th China E-government Forum with the theme of “Internet + Government Services”. More than 300 delegates from the central state organs, local governments, relevant scientific research institutes and enterprises in charge of informatization attended the forum. Experts and scholars and relevant field practitioners conducted in-depth discussions on the theme of the forum, and now we are going to sort out the theme of “Problems in the Development of China’s E-government”. At present, the construction of e-government in our country is facing a severe test. The growing social practice poses challenges to the construction of e-government.
