目的建立测定水中三氯甲烷、四氯化碳含量的自动顶空气相色谱法。方法利用自动顶空进样器、毛细管柱气相色谱/电子捕获检测器(GC/ECD),考察了不同来源的水中三氯甲烷、四氯化碳分布情况,探讨了样品处理方式对检测结果的影响。结果三氯甲烷、四氯化碳的标准曲线相关系数>0.9993,检出下限为5.843×10-2μg/L和4.078×10-3μg/L。方法回收率为94.0%~108.5%,相对标准偏差(RSD,n=6)小于6.67%。结论该方法简单快速,具有较好的精密度与准确度,可用于水中三氯甲烷、四氯化碳的检测。
Objective To establish an automated headspace gas chromatographic method for the determination of chloroform and carbon tetrachloride in water. Methods The distribution of trichloromethane and carbon tetrachloride in water from different sources was investigated by automatic headspace sampling and capillary gas chromatography / electron capture detector (GC / ECD). The effects of sample processing methods on the detection results influences. Results The calibration curve of trichloromethane and carbon tetrachloride had a correlation coefficient> 0.9993 with lower detection limits of 5.843 × 10-2μg / L and 4.078 × 10-3μg / L. The recovery rate was 94.0% -108.5%. The relative standard deviation (RSD, n = 6) was less than 6.67%. Conclusion The method is simple and rapid, with good precision and accuracy, which can be used for the determination of chloroform and carbon tetrachloride in water.
