目的:研究康复机器人对脑卒中偏瘫患者上肢运动功能恢复的临床效果。方法:将我院收诊的42例脑卒中伴偏瘫患者进行随机分组,观察组和对照组各21人。观察组使用康复机器人对患者的上肢进行运动康复治疗,对照组进行常规手法训练,治疗1个月后,使用Mayo评分进行疗效评估。结果:观察组在康复机器人的训练下上肢的运动功能Mayo评分平均分数为(82.31±2.36)分,对照组的Mayo评分平均分数为(74.52±1.24)分。组间对比结果 P<0.05(有统计学意义)。结论:对脑卒中伴偏瘫患者使用康复机器人能显著提高患者上肢运动功能的恢复。
Objective: To study the clinical effect of rehabilitation robot on recovery of motor function of upper extremity in patients with hemiplegia after stroke. Methods: Forty-two patients with stroke and hemiplegia were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 21 in each group. The observation group used the rehabilitation robot to carry on the exercise rehabilitation treatment to the upper limb of the patient, and the control group received the routine manipulation training. After 1 month of treatment, the Mayo score was used to evaluate the curative effect. Results: The Mayo score of upper limbs was (82.31 ± 2.36) points in the observation group and the average Mayo score of the control group was (74.52 ± 1.24) points. Comparison between groups P <0.05 (with statistical significance). Conclusion: The use of rehabilitation robots in stroke patients with hemiplegia can significantly improve the recovery of upper limb motor function.
