纵观温度检测仪表的发展,其最初被运用于化工、重金属冶炼等行业领域,是用于监测和记录生产过程的工具。伴随科学技术的不断进步,仪表功能得到完善和发展,其应用范围也有所扩展,不再局限于热力制造领域。通常来讲,温度检测仪表自动化控制产生于20世纪80年代,信息技术、自动控制技术、传感技术等集成显著加强了企业的生产安全。因此,本文基于工业化中温度检测仪表的工作原理和分类,通过比较几种常用的温度检测仪表来探讨其在应用过程中的选择策略,从而提高工业企业的自动化水平和智能化程度。
Throughout the development of temperature instrumentation, which was initially used in chemical industry, heavy metal smelting and other fields, is used to monitor and record the production process tools. Accompanied by the continuous improvement of science and technology, instrument function has been improved and developed its scope of application has also expanded, no longer limited to the field of thermal manufacturing. In general, the temperature control instrumentation automation control was born in the 1980s, the integration of information technology, automatic control technology, sensor technology significantly enhance the safety of enterprises. Therefore, this article based on the working principle and classification of industrial temperature instrumentation, by comparing several commonly used temperature instrumentation to explore its selection strategy in the process of application, so as to improve the level of industrial automation and intelligence.
