目的:采用高分离度快速液相色谱(RRLC)-DAD-ESI-MSn联用技术分析生脉注射液中化学成分。方法:采用Agi-lent Eclipse Plus C18(2.1 mm×50 mm,1.8μm)色谱柱,以乙腈-0.1%甲酸为流动相,梯度洗脱,254 nm、正离子模式检测木脂素类成分;203 nm、负离子模式检测皂苷类成分。结果:利用多级质谱信息,结合对照品对照和文献数据分析,初步确定了注射液中34个成分的结构。结论:RRLC-DAD-ESI-MSn联用技术对于中药注射液物质基础研究具有较好的应用价值。
OBJECTIVE: To analyze the chemical constituents in Shengmai injection by high resolution rapid liquid chromatography (RRLC) -DAD-ESI-MSn combined technique. Methods: The components of lignans were detected by Agi-lent Eclipse Plus C18 (2.1 mm × 50 mm, 1.8 μm) with acetonitrile-0.1% formic acid as mobile phase and gradient elution at 254 nm. nm, negative ion mode detection of saponins components. Results: The structure of 34 constituents in injection was preliminarily determined by multi-level mass spectrometry, combined with reference substance control and literature data analysis. Conclusion: The combined application of RRLC-DAD-ESI-MSn has a good application value for the study of the material basis of traditional Chinese medicine injection.
