目的探讨S100A4和hMLH1蛋白在甲状腺滤泡性良、恶性肿瘤中的表达及鉴别诊断意义。方法采用免疫组化PV-9000二步法检测60例甲状腺滤泡型肿瘤中S100A4和hMLH1蛋白的表达。结果 S100A4在甲状腺腺瘤及甲状腺滤泡癌中的阳性表达率分别为26.33%(7/30)和70%(21/30),而在30例癌旁正常组织中的阳性表达率为100%,腺瘤与滤泡癌间差异极显著(P<0.01)。hMLH1蛋白在甲状腺腺瘤及甲状腺滤泡癌中的阳性表达率分别为83.33%(25/30)和20%(6/30),两组差异极显著(P<0.01)。结论 S100A4和hMLH1蛋白在甲状腺滤泡性良、恶性肿瘤中的表达差异,有助于临床的鉴别诊断。
Objective To investigate the expression of S100A4 and hMLH1 protein in benign and malignant thyroid follicular tumors and their differential diagnostic significance. Methods The expression of S100A4 and hMLH1 protein in 60 cases of thyroid follicular tumors were detected by immunohistochemistry PV-9000 two-step method. Results The positive rates of S100A4 in thyroid adenoma and thyroid follicular carcinoma were 26.33% (7/30) and 70% (21/30) respectively, while the positive rates of S100A4 in thyroid adenoma and thyroid follicular carcinoma were 100% , The difference between adenoma and follicular carcinoma was significant (P <0.01). The positive rates of hMLH1 protein in thyroid adenoma and thyroid follicular carcinoma were 83.33% (25/30) and 20% (6/30), respectively. There was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.01). Conclusion S100A4 and hMLH1 protein in thyroid follicular benign and malignant tumors, the difference, contribute to the differential diagnosis.
