实验以优秀女子足球运动员为研究对象,采用双盲法,对28名优秀女子运动员随机分为服药组和对照组各14人。实验期间,受试者都进行同等大运动量训练,实验前后抽静脉血检验。结果:1)服药实验组血清CK活性由194.93±72.97(u/L)降低至140.14±39.11(u/L),n=14(P<0.01);对照组血清CK活性由194.79±72.22(u/L)升高至307.93±134.43(u/L),n=14(P<0.01)。2)服药实验组BUN水平由5.92±0.91(mmol/L)降低至5.00±1.12(mmol/L),n=14(P<0.05);对照组BUN水平由5.93±0.98(mmol/L)升高至7.00±1.65(mmol/L),n=14(P<0.05)。3)服药实验组BLA水平有显著降低,而对照组则没有出现这种情况提示:里必度可以减少细胞细微损伤;减少蛋白质分解,促进疲劳的消除;维持内环境的稳定,为运动提供一个良好的工作环境。
Taking excellent female football player as the research object, 28 elite female athletes were randomly divided into medication group and control group with 14 persons in each group. During the experiment, subjects were equally large amount of exercise training, venous blood test before and after the experiment. The serum CK activity in the control group decreased from 194.93 ± 72.97 (u / L) to 140.14 ± 39.11 (u / L), n = 14 (P <0.01) / L) to 307.93 ± 134.43 (u / L), n = 14 (P <0.01). 2) The level of BUN in the experimental group decreased from 5.92 ± 0.91 (mmol / L) to 5.00 ± 1.12 (mmol / L) and n = 14 (P <0.05) Up to 7.00 ± 1.65 (mmol / L), n = 14 (P <0.05). 3) There was a significant decrease of BLA level in the experimental group, but not in the control group.
