《国资法》规定,除按照国家规定可以直接协议转让的以外,国有资产转让应当在依法设立的产权交易场所公开进行,首次以国家法律形式确立了产权交易机构的地位。
The “State-owned Assets Law” stipulates that in addition to the direct transfer of agreements as stipulated by the state, the transfer of state-owned assets should be conducted publicly in property exchange facilities established according to law and for the first time established the status of property exchange institutions in the form of state law.
