目的评价美托洛尔缓释片治疗老年慢性充血性心力衰竭的临床疗效。方法 124例心力衰竭患者随机分成两组,观察组常规治疗加用美托洛尔缓释片并逐步加大剂量;对照组进行常规治疗。结果治疗30周后,观察组患者的LVEDD和LVESD明显缩小。结论老年慢性充血性心力衰竭患者可以长期应用美托洛尔缓释片治疗,并能够改善心肌功能,提高生活质量,延长寿命。
Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of metoprolol sustained-release tablets in the treatment of senile chronic congestive heart failure. Methods A total of 124 patients with heart failure were randomly divided into two groups. The patients in the observation group were treated with metoprolol extended release tablets and the dosage was gradually increased. The control group was treated routinely. Results After 30 weeks of treatment, LVEDD and LVESD in the observation group were significantly reduced. Conclusion Elderly people with chronic congestive heart failure can apply Metoprolol sustained-release tablets for a long time and can improve myocardial function, improve quality of life and prolong life expectancy.
