李忠辉,男,1978年10月出生,博士、讲师。2002年获中国矿业大学安全技术及工程专业学士学位,2002~2004年攻读中国矿业大学安全技术及工程专业硕士研究生,2004年9月提前攻读博士研究生,2007年7月毕业,获博士学位,同年留校,任教于中国矿业大学安全工程学院。主要研究方向为矿山安全、煤岩动力灾害监测预报技术与方法。作为主要研究人员先后参与了国家自然科学基金、国家“十五”重点科技攻关项目、国家“十一五”科技支撑计划项目、国家“973”计划、国家“863”计划、江苏省自然科学基金项目、焦作矿区煤与瓦斯突出综合预警技术研究等多项国家级与省部级科研项目;获国家科技进步二等奖1项、中国矿业大学科技进步一等奖1项、焦作市科技进步二等奖1项;获国家发明专利2项;出版专著1部;目前主持国家自然科学基金青年基金项目1项,校青年科研基金项目1项。在《中国矿业大学学报》、《地球物理学报》等期刊发表论文20余篇,被EI收录6篇,SCI收录1篇,其博士学位论文《受载煤体变形破裂表面电位效应及其机理的研究》入选2009年“全国百篇优秀博士学位论文”。 Li Zhonghui, male, born in October 1978, PhD, lecturer. He received a bachelor’s degree in safety technology and engineering from China University of Mining and Technology in 2002. He studied for a master’s degree in safety technology and engineering from China University of Mining and Technology in 2002-2004, a doctoral candidate in September 2004, a doctorate in July 2007, Stay at school, taught at China University of Mining and Technology Security Engineering. The main research direction for mine safety, coal and rock power disaster monitoring and forecasting techniques and methods. As a principal researcher, he has successively participated in several key scientific and technological research projects funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China, the State’s “Eleventh Five-Year Plan”, the “Eleventh Five-Year Plan”, the “973” Plan of the State, the “National 863 ”Project, Natural Science Foundation of Jiangsu Province, Jiaozuo coal and gas outburst comprehensive early warning technology research and many other national and provincial scientific research projects; by the national science and technology progress prize two, China University of Mining and Technology Progress Award 1, Jiaozuo City Science and Technology Progress Award 1; won two national invention patents; published a monograph; currently presided over the National Natural Science Foundation of Youth Fund Project 1, the school youth research fund project 1. In the “China University of Mining Journal”, “Geophysical Journal” and other journals published more than 20 papers, by EI included 6 articles, SCI included 1 articles, the doctoral dissertation “by bearing deformation and rupture of coal surface potential effect and its mechanism Research ”selected 2009 “ national one hundred outstanding doctoral dissertation ”.
