2011年11月,大连市建筑行业协会邀请5家一级建筑企业的负责人,组成考察组,由建筑行业协会会长张宏安带队,赴杭州、绍兴两市进行考察学习。考察组分别听取了两市建筑业协会关于建筑业发展的情况介绍。后又分别到宝盛、中成、长城建设集团进行了考察学习,并对有关问题进行了咨询。通过这次考察学习,不仅看到了大连建筑业与杭州、绍兴两市建筑业间的差距,而且也认识到了大连建筑业在发展中存在的不足。
